SC has sought a response from Maharashtra, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, J&K, Haryana, Meghalaya, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Delhi and Uttrakhand, from where incidents of threat and violence against Kashmiris were reported.
